1. Acceptance
Use of the site and booking Homesteria's experiences implies full acceptance of these Terms. Homesteria is a Luxury Home Restaurant based at Via Doria 4, Civitavecchia (RM).
2. Bookings and cancellations
Experiences are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation. Cancellations up to 48 hours before: full refund. Beyond that term or in case of no-show no refund is due. Any changes are subject to availability.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are quoted in euros and communicated at the time of request. Payment may be requested in advance via a secure payment link or fully on-site, according to the agreed methods.
4. Experiences and liability
Homesteria is committed to providing high-level culinary experiences with quality ingredients. Any allergies or intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking. Homesteria's liability is limited to the value of the booked experience.
5. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
