We collect data you voluntarily provide for bookings and requests via form, chat or WhatsApp: name, email, phone, number of people, desired date and any notes. We also collect aggregated and technical browsing data (session cookies).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to manage bookings and respond to requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to send marketing communications only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and to fulfill tax and accounting obligations.
4. Retention
Booking data is kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations; marketing data until you withdraw your consent.
5. Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), as well as to withdraw consent. To exercise your rights write to info@homesteria.it.
6. Cookies
We use only the minimal technical cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use profiling cookies or third-party advertising tracking cookies.
